In 2008 I was 21 years old, weighing in at 17 stone, and I had hit rock bottom.

I reluctantly joined a gym and started my fitness journey on my own. I didn’t have a clue what I was doing and after two months of going to the gym feeling intimidated by the super-fit gym bunnies, I had no results to show for it. I felt lost.

Then I started working out with a Personal Trainer…the best decision I have ever made.

He was a fantastic trainer who inspired me with his totally unique approach, and do you want to know his secret?

How long does the Finish Strong Project last?
Initially it’s six weeks, attending sessions 2-3 times a week. This is enough time for you to dramatically drop pounds and inches, improve energy levels and start to feel great. After the six weeks you’ll be invited to become a full-time member if you pass the requirements set.

The six weeks we will spend together will be life changing and I guarantee you’ll look back on this decision as one of the best investments you’ve ever made.
How much is the Finish Strong Project?
We have a few options available at different pricing levels. It would be unfair of me to list the prices here without knowing more about you, your current situation and future health and fitness goals. I guess it’s like asking a car mechanic for a price to fix your car before they’ve looked under the bonnet and been able to diagnose.

I will tell you this though: we’re not the cheapest but we are the best. I’m pretty sure you could phone a few of our competitors and be given a super low price but, as with everything, you get what you pay for. And paying cheap when it comes to your own health and fitness only ends up costing you more in the long run.
I’ve not worked out for a while - is the Finish Strong Project really for me?
Yes. We will start slowly and progress you gently over the six weeks. You’ll not be left behind at any time. We’ve got your back and will coach you to success. Our oldest client is 75 and we have clients who are training with us after injury and operations. This isn’t one of those gyms filled with muscle heads, walking around with their shirts off. It’s a great atmosphere that is supportive every step of the way.
